Lisa began her career in corporate accounting at a large privately held corporation. From that base of experience she has developed a talent for translating our business clients’ accounting needs into workable processes and reports. Her ability to see the big picture, yet focus on the accounting detail, has made her a natural as the head of our client transition team where she works with small businesses and non-profit organizations.
A Certified Public Accountant and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Lisa joined the team in 2008 when Deborah Harper, CPA merged with Dunning & Associates. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Emporia State University.
Outside of the office, Lisa is active in her church where she is on the Christian Education Committee, teaches Sunday School and is a Women’s Bible Study leader. She also enjoys photography, spending time with family, and participating in a cooking group.
