Letter from our firm

As a precautionary measure, we are following the same closure process as our colleagues at other accounting firms, banks and brokers in Wichita and we will no longer be doing in-office meetings.

We will still be working to meet your accounting needs, but the office will remain closed to all but essential personnel. You can still reach us at our normal phone lines (316-264-7203) or via our client center at Payroll processing, bill payments and financial data will still be processed.

The tax relief legislation extended the deadline for federal and Kansas returns to July 15. Payments for a 2019 tax liability have also been extended. The first quarter estimated payment for federal returns is also extended; however, the Kansas first quarter estimated payment is still due by April 15. Kansas payments can be made by copying and pasting this link into your browser:

If you have not dropped off your tax information yet, we have a number of options available: we have a mail slot at our front door to drop information packets; you can use our secure portals by logging into our client center at to share information; or you can mail the information to our office. Remember, emailing us is not a secure method of sharing information. If you have email access, it is very easy to use our secure portal and we can have you set up in minutes!

When your return is complete, we can deliver it to you through our secure portal or we will mail the return at your request.

We can discuss your return or questions, by phone, FaceTime or other similar video conferencing solutions that we have in place.

We appreciate your understanding in these unusual times. Together, we will all get through this!
